[…] Atomic Array podcast, 2011 […]

[…] and I were just on the excellent Atomic Array podcast discussing the Stew’s latest book, Masks: 1,000 Memorable NPCs for Any Roleplaying […]

Welcome back guys. Hey, those gnomes on the cast sound familiar. Best flattery: Iconic “Lidda” model Jen Page knows about Eureka! I’m floored. Ed is right, Walken’s work on that movie is classic. Rone will never listen to Josh Groban again! (If only I could amend the Mrs.’ playlist so it never happened again around here …)

Best Bond villain? Nah. Try this: No. 387 in Masks. Supreme Overlord Mercury Neptune. “Raised by Siberian tigers and trained by Tibetan monks, Mercury Neptune has always known that he’s destined to rule the world.” It’s Martin at his best.

Entertaining and informative as always. My best to you, intrepid adventurers.

Mercury Neptune _is_ Martin, right?

Well, Mercury Neptune is a snappier dresser. But he’s Martin’s creation, yes.

I guess I should have said it’s Martin’s WRITING at his best. Alas.
